Real Vaastu is about precise energy alignment using yantras, which allows us to harmonize your environment without the need for demolition or major structural changes. This ensures you can invite positivity into your home or office space immediately, regardless of where you are located. My consultations are built on a simple premise: Vaastuvikavagi irode vaastu shastra (Being realistic is Vaastu Shastra). Over the past 20 years, I have applied this philosophy not just to private residences, but to the professional lives of clients ranging from business leaders to public representatives. ### Why Global Leaders Trust My Approach Whether I am providing a Vaastu assessment for a residence in Mauritius or advising on the incorporation chart for a new business, the methodology remains consistent. I focus on actionable, non-invasive remedies. By utilizing specialized Vedic yantras, I can help reorient the cosmic energies of a space without requiring you to move a single wall. This makes my consultations particularly effective for busy professionals and organizations that need results without structural disruption. ### Confidentiality and Respect I understand that public figures and business owners often require a discreet and respectful environment to discuss their concerns. Whether we are analyzing your birth chart, looking at Dasha periods, or reviewing office layout energies, I maintain a strictly confidential process. ### How We Can Work Together My goal is to help you clear obstacles and align your environment with your goals. - **Personal Guidance:** Understanding your karmic blueprint through Vedic astrology. - **Space Optimization:** Aligning your home or office using direction, energy flow, and earth's tilt. - **Remedial Solutions:** Providing personalized mantras and yantras to balance planetary doshas. Every consultation is designed to provide you with clarity and tangible tools to move forward with confidence. ## About Joteer Vaastu I am Dr. Shamsunder.
