Whole different beast. The day I hired my first team member, it hit me - scaling isn’t just about bigger projects, it’s about bigger responsibility. People, payroll, pressure, all of it. I used to stress over every mistake, but now I know this field is messy and human. I ditched chasing perfection and started chasing structure. Still, wouldn’t trade this journey for anything. ### My work - **What We Do**: Full-service architecture and luxury interior design, specialising in residential spaces and bespoke storage solutions. - **Our Style**: Indo-contemporary maximalism is our thing - think Athangudi tiles and antique pillars meeting modern vibes. - **How We Work**: We team up with you, use 3D home design visuals, and make sure spaces are functional for your family. - **Real Talk**: Delays and site errors happen, but we’re honest about it and focus on fixing things so you end up loving your home. ## Book To book Jois Design House, message mytribe on WhatsApp: [Chat on WhatsApp](https://wa.me/916360004054?text=Hi%2C%20I'd%20like%20to%20book%20Jois%20Design%20House.)
