We use traditional large degs to ensure the flavor stays consistent, and each box is heat-sealed to prevent any spillage while you're distributing meals to your community. Organizing a langar or bhandara is a big-hearted task, and the last thing you want to worry about is the quality of the food. At JMD Kitchen, we keep our process simple and transparent to make sure every meal is as good as home-cooked food. ### Our Cooking Process We believe that authentic North Indian flavors come from traditional cooking methods. We use large degs (pots) to prepare our dal, chole, and rajma, which helps in locking in the rich taste. We only use fresh, vegetarian ingredients, and we can prepare dishes without onion and garlic if your event requires it. ### Hygiene & Packing We know that distribution is the biggest challenge during community feasts. That's why we focus heavily on hygiene and logistics: - **Individual Portions:** For langar bookings, we provide 350ml disposable bowls for rice combos, which are easy to hand out. - **Spillage Control:** Every bowl is fitted with a secure lid to ensure there's no mess when you are serving a large crowd. - **Bulk Delivery:** For larger bhandara feasts, we deliver in bulk aluminum vessels so you can serve fresh, hot food directly from the pots. ### Why Book With Us? We’ve designed our service for convenience. Whether you are ordering 50 boxes or catering for a large community gathering, our team ensures the food is packed hot and ready to serve. We handle the kitchen side of things in our Gurugram facility, so your event goes off without a hitch. We prefer to keep our menu simple and our quality consistent, just like it should be for a community meal. ## About JMD Kitchen I run JMD Kitchen because I believe everyone deserves honest, home-style food.
