If you have specific requirements, like keeping the food onion and garlic-free for religious gatherings, I can easily manage that for your group. My approach to North Indian catering is straightforward because I focus on the food that brings people together. ### My Menu Highlights * **Classic Combos:** Rajma Chawal and Chole Chawal are my staples. I use Mogra or Tibar Basmati rice to make sure the texture is just right. * **Bhandara Specials:** For larger gatherings, I prepare the traditional Aloo Sabzi served with hot Pooris and Suji Halwa. It is the classic comfort food for any celebration. * **Dietary Needs:** I understand that many community events, like Langar or religious gatherings, have strict guidelines. I am fully equipped to cook pure vegetarian meals without using onion or garlic, ensuring the food aligns with your requirements. ### Why My Catering Works I cook in my Gurgaon kitchen using large degs (traditional pots) because it locks in the authentic taste.
