## About Shahi Mithaiyan (Royal Sweets)

When you look at our sweets, you see color and shine, but the real secret is the temperature control and the purity of our ghee. I personally oversee the syrup consistency for our Gulab Jamuns and the texture of our Rasmalai, ensuring that whether you order 5kg or 50kg, the taste remains consistent and exactly as you ordered.

My philosophy is simple: Shuddh Swaad, Shuddh Samagri. For over 25 years, I have stayed away from shortcuts. You will not find cheap alternatives or preservatives in my sweets because I believe that food should nourish, not just fill space.

If you are planning a wedding, I can create a customized dessert menu featuring hot favourites like Gulab Jamun with Rabdi or premium Kaju Katli flower arrangements. For corporate gifting, I prepare fresh, sealed boxes of sweets and namkeens that look professional and taste authentic. If you have specific dietary needs, just let me know, and I will adjust the ingredients accordingly.
