## About Rajasthani Swaad ka Khazana

My chefs hand-craft every piece of Ghevar and slow-cook our Dal Bati using only pure desi ghee. When you hire us for this menu, you get the actual Rajasthani recipes I grew up with, not a diluted version. We make sure the texture and flavour are exactly as they should be for your guests.

Authentic Rajasthani cuisine is about depth, patience, and the right ingredients. My Rajasthani Swaad ka Khazana cluster showcases the dishes that have defined my career over the last 25 years. 

Whether it is the honeycomb texture of our Ghevar, finished with silver vark and premium nuts, or the smoky, earthy goodness of a traditional Dal Bati Churma platter, I prioritize the traditional process. My team does not use shortcuts. We prepare our Gatte ki Sabzi with the right balance of spices and use only pure desi ghee for all our sweets, ensuring a taste that is consistent whether we are serving 50 or 500 people.

From our signature Mirchi Fry and Palak to the perfectly cooked Baati, every item in our Rajasthani catering lineup is designed to bring a piece of Marwar to your event. We cater to weddings, festive gatherings, and corporate events across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, handling everything from the initial prep to final buffet presentation. If you have specific dietary needs, such as Jain or Upvas requirements, let us know early—we are experienced in managing those requests without compromising on the authentic flavor profile.
