I record your movement at high frame rates, then play it side by side with pro footage to highlight mechanical inefficiencies in your posture or arm swing. It is not about theory. It is about seeing your exact errors on a screen and fixing them in the next rep. ### Beyond The Guesswork Most players hit a plateau because they rely on 'feel.' My approach is different. With my background in the Indian Air Force, I demand discipline, but I back it up with hard data. Whether you are aiming for state selection or just want to dominate your local court, we identify the gap between where you are and where you need to be. ### How We Analyze Your Game * **Video Breakdown:** I record matches and training sessions to break down every movement. We use frame-by-frame analysis to spot technical flaws in your jump serve, setter hand position, or spiking approach. * **Performance Testing:** Using electronic beam timers and vertical jump sensors, we benchmark your endurance and agility. You will see exactly how your stats compare to national level averages. * **Tactical Debrief:** For teams, I provide full match coding, tagging reception quality, attack efficiency, and defensive gaps. You get a heat map of your match, followed by a classroom session where we analyze why certain points were lost and how to adjust your synergy. It is not always comfortable to watch yourself make mistakes, but this is how elite athletes grow.
