During my 90-minute Scientific Performance Profiling Audit, we use electronic timing gates and high-frame-rate video to measure your reaction time, vertical leap, and biomechanical efficiency. You leave with a digital summary of three specific physical weaknesses and three technical corrections that you can work on immediately. In the modern game, the difference between selection and rejection often comes down to milliseconds. Whether it is your spike approach or your serve toss, human eyes only see so much. My analytics process brings the missing piece of the puzzle. ### The Data Approach We start with the fundamentals: anthropometry, including height, arm span, and standing reach. Then, we move to high-performance testing.
