Our team handles the full assembly on-site, so you do not have to worry about the logistics of setting up at your location. An entrance sets the tone for the entire event. Whether it is a wedding reception or a birthday party, our team focuses on durable structures and high-quality floral arrangements that hold up throughout the celebration. Our setups typically include: * **Custom Welcome Boards:** We design personalized signage on wooden easels to greet your guests as they arrive. * **Floral Arches:** Full-structure gates covered in drapes and mixed florals, reinforced for stability. * **Lighting:** We use LED PAR cans to highlight the area, ensuring the entrance looks good even after sunset. We handle the transport and setup in our own vehicles. This means we are responsible for the installation timing, usually completing the setup two hours before the event starts. If you have a specific theme or color palette in mind, let us know, and we will match our materials to your vision. ## About JFD Events I am James from JFD Events.
