You might have a massive open lawn, but if you don't break up the space with layers of warm fairy lights, hanging lanterns, and subtle uplighting, it can feel empty. I design the floor layout to ensure even large banquet halls or outdoor spaces feel cozy and connected, keeping your guests focused on the celebration rather than the empty corners. Lighting is the most important element for an evening event. It dictates the mood from the moment your guests arrive. For a Sangeet, we lean into high-energy visuals—think custom neon signs, vibrant floral backdrops, and dance floor lighting that highlights the performance area. For a formal reception, we prefer soft, warm tones. Using a canopy of fairy lights over the seating area is one of our go-to techniques to turn an impersonal venue into an intimate space. ### Our Approach to Evening Decor - **Stage & Backdrop Design:** We don't believe in standard, one-size-fits-all stages. Whether you want a rustic wood panel background with Edison bulbs or a modern metallic structure with heavy floral accents, we build it to match your style. - **Venue Adaptation:** We work in both indoor banquet halls and outdoor lawns across Mumbai. If you are hosting a beachside reception, we prioritize weather-resistant materials and lighting that works with the sea breeze, not against it. - **The Details That Matter:** It is the smaller additions that guests actually notice—a personalized welcome sign, a specific color palette for the table linens, or a well-placed photo booth corner that creates a flow in the room. We understand that your reception is the final major event of your wedding journey. You have already managed the rituals and the ceremonies; this is the time to relax and celebrate. My team handles the setup timeline and vendor coordination for the decor so you don't have to worry about the logistics on the day of the event. ## About Jewel Decorators I'm Kashyap from Jewel Decorators. I believe the evening reception is where the party really comes alive, and my goal is to make sure your space feels warm and inviting rather than like a generic venue. Whether it's a beachside sangeet or a classic banquet reception, I work closely with you to get the lighting and stage design exactly right.
