It is a lighter take on the Mumbai staple that pairs perfectly with our crisp, multi-layered veg puffs, which are packed with a fresh, seasoned blend of carrots, peas, and corn. Whether you are looking for a quick afternoon hunger fix or a reliable option for an evening tea session, our savory menu is designed for those who want to indulge without the excess oil. By moving away from traditional deep-frying, we place our focus on texture and fresh ingredients. Our baked vada pav features a soft, brioche-style bun and spiced potato mash, offering that authentic Mumbai taste in a healthier format. The veg puffs are a crowd favorite, utilizing a multi-layered margarine-based pastry that stays golden and flaky, ensuring each bite has that satisfying crunch. We also offer heartier items for those wanting a more substantial meal. Our paneer chilly rolls use soft, freshly baked hot dog buns filled with malai paneer cubes, capsicum, and a balanced soy-chilly sauce. If you prefer something light, our whole wheat tikka sandwiches provide a nutritious option with paneer and mint chutney. Everything we serve is 100% vegetarian. Because we bake in-house at our various Mumbai outlets—from Mira Road to Charni Road—you receive freshness in every bite, not mass-produced, stale snacks. We maintain strict quality control, ensuring our puffs and rolls hit the right notes of spice and texture every time you order. ## About Jeden The Cake Expert We are Jeden, and we bring a fresh, gourmet approach to your favorite daily snacks.
