When I teach a raider or defender, we focus on the specific two-man situation first. If you lose your balance or panic during those final minutes, the match is gone. My sessions fix your posture, footwork, and mental reaction time before we even talk about speed. ### Focus on Technique First You cannot win a national-level match if your ankle hold is weak or your raiding footwork is sloppy. At JD Academy, we strip away the showboating. Whether we are training on the mitti (mud) to build core power or on the professional mats for technique, every movement is scrutinized. ### Tactical Game Awareness We train for high-pressure situations. If there are two defenders left on the mat, a simple mistake from either side decides the game. I teach you how to remain calm, when to advance, and how to read the opponent's movement to force a defensive error. You will learn to use your voice to dominate the raider and communicate with your team. ### Mental Toughness Kabaddi is played as much in the head as it is on the ground. You will run, you will train until your muscles burn, and you will learn to stay disciplined under fatigue. This is how players from our academy make it to the Pro Kabaddi League and Senior Nationals. ### Join the Academy Come prepared to work. We have both day scholar slots for local students in Greater Noida and full residential programs with nutrition and 24/7 supervision. Bring your dedication, and I will handle the rest. ## About JD Kabaddi Academy I am Jitender Nagar, and here we make players, not time-passers.
