Here, we start with your stance and body balance on the mitti before you ever step onto a professional mat. If you aren't willing to put in the hours on the mud, do not look for shortcuts—we only build players ready for the nationals. My approach is simple: master the basics, and the speed will follow. Too many students rush into complex raiding drills like the dubki or high jumps without securing their foundation. At JD Kabaddi Academy, we break down your game piece by piece. We train on both mitti (mud) and professional mats, because real strength comes from the ground up. Our sessions are intense. You will practice army-style conditioning, road running, and stair training alongside technical drills like ankle holds, thigh holds, and defensive chains. I don’t teach shortcuts. I teach the mental toughness required to handle pressure in the final moments of a match. We are not just a coaching center; we are a pipeline for professional careers. Whether you are aiming for the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) or state-level championships, the roadmap is clear. We analyze your performance, correct your tactical errors, and ensure you have the discipline to succeed. My students have been selected for teams like U Mumba and the Indian Kabaddi camp. If you have the dream, bring the dedication—I will handle the rest. ## About JD Kabaddi Academy I am Jitender Nagar, but everyone here calls me Guruji. I treat every student like family, but training is strictly army-style because that is what it takes to survive in the big leagues. My academy isn't for those looking for shortcuts; it’s for those ready to bleed for their dream of playing in the Pro Kabaddi League.
