Before a single wall comes down, I perform a traditional puja to bless the site. It is my way of committing to the work, the space, and the vision we are about to create together. ## Photos and videos - [Video: Kicking off a new residential project at Lodha Woods with a coconut-breaking ceremony. When you see me breaking a coconut at your site, you are seeing the start of my daily, direct supervision. Whether it is a kitchen renovation or a full home interior project, that ceremony marks the day I take ownership of the demolition, the civil work, and the final handover. You will find me on the floor with my tools, not sitting in an office, from the first day until the last coat of polish. ### Why I Start Every Project with a Puja To some, this might look like just a tradition. For me, it is the fundamental step in the design and build process. When I perform a puja at your location—be it in Lokhandwala, Santacruz, or Lodha Woods—it serves as a personal promise. It signals that I have taken full responsibility for your space. ### Moving from Ritual to Renovation The transition from the ritual to the physical work is immediate. Once the site is blessed, the heavy lifting begins. I handle the entire lifecycle of your interior project: * **Demolition and Civil Work:** I do not outsource the dirty work. I oversee the structural changes, plumbing, and wall modifications myself. * **Custom Manufacturing:** Since I handle carpentry and modular furniture, the measurements taken right after the inauguration are the exact dimensions we build to. * **Hands-on Supervision:** You will not find me managing from a distance. I am on-site to ensure the Kota stone is laid straight, the marble is polished to a mirror finish, and the woodwork fits perfectly. ### Why This Matters for Your Project The biggest headache in Mumbai home renovation is coordinating between different contractors. By choosing a design-and-build expert, you eliminate that friction. My presence from the first coconut-breaking ceremony ensures that the vision we discussed is the exact reality we build. You get a single point of accountability for your home renovation, office interior, or custom mandir construction. ## About JB Interior I am Vishal, and I am the person who will be standing in your home from day one.
