Whether working with a 20ft tunnel at a venue like RWITC or designing a custom mirrored facade for a hotel ballroom, I factor in your guest flow and the venue's existing lighting to ensure the first photo opportunity is as impactful as the main stage setup. ### The Architecture of Arrival An entrance should serve as a prologue to the event. My design process begins by analyzing the transition space between the outside world and your celebration. I look for ways to integrate architectural elements like columns, fabric draping, or custom fabrication to signal that guests have arrived somewhere distinct. ### Designing for Impact I categorize grand entrances by their intent. For traditional ceremonies, I often utilize marigolds, terracotta accents, and jaali work to ground the arrival in heritage.
