We rely on professional-grade adhesive tape and structure to make balloons sit on ceilings and walls, ensuring the final look matches your reference photo while remaining safe indoors. We arrive 45 to 60 minutes before your planned surprise to set up, allowing you to keep the process hidden until the final reveal. When you share a reference photo, we break down the structure: the canopy drapes, the specific balloon clusters, and the petal pathway. We replicate the layout using latex balloons and sheer fabrics, securing everything to mimic a floating effect without the cost or complexity of helium. Our intimate room packages range from ₹2200 to ₹3500 and are tailored for bedrooms or specific corners. We focus our services on Jayanagar and surrounding localities, which allows us to reach you quickly for last-minute celebrations. Unlike larger event firms, we handle every detail personally, from the placement of individual rose petals to the fairy light loops on the canopy. We also ensure that any balloon debris or mess is cleaned up immediately after the event, leaving your room exactly as it was found, just decorated for your occasion. Whether it is a proposal, anniversary, or birthday surprise, our goal is to execute the setup exactly as you imagined it. ## About Jay Bhawani Decoration We are Praveen and Kapil.
