I ensure my balloon arches and floral installations are anchored correctly using heavy-duty frames and weighted bases, which prevents them from shifting or tipping in high-footfall areas commonly found in Jayanagar venues. ### Technical Approach to Entrance Decor My priority is creating an entrance that maintains its appearance throughout the duration of your event. - **Structural Integrity:** For balloon arches, I use double-layered latex balloons and iron frameworks. These are weighted to prevent movement in outdoor settings or crowded hallways. - **Floral Installations:** My floral gateways utilize a mix of high-quality artificial flowers. I arrange these to maintain volume and shape, ensuring they do not look sparse or droop. - **Lighting and Effects:** For grand entries, I integrate cold pyrotechnics and LED focus lighting. These are installed with strict safety protocols to ensure the visual effect is consistent. - **Custom Signage:** I incorporate welcome easels and neon signage. These are positioned to ensure maximum visibility without obstructing the flow of guest movement. ### Planning Your Entrance To achieve the best result, select an option that matches your venue dimensions. - **Small Venues:** I recommend compact circular frames or focused balloon columns. These provide color and definition without crowding the entry area. - **Banquet Halls:** A full 10x12 ft backdrop with an integrated arch creates a cohesive look. - **Logistics:** I complete most entrance setups within 2 hours. I arrive with pre-assembled components to ensure your venue is ready on time. ## About Jay Bhawani Decoration We are Praveen and Kapil, and we specialize in precision decoration.
