You are getting a full production crew. My team, which includes everyone from senior assistants to onsite stage managers, is with you from the first music edit to the final technical run. We handle the lighting cues, music transitions, and backstage logistics so you can focus entirely on your performance. ### More Than Just Steps I have always believed that a great show happens because of the people behind the curtain. When you work with us, you are not hiring a single instructor. You are hiring a production unit dedicated to making sure your sangeet or corporate show flows perfectly. ### The Roles That Make It Happen * **Senior Choreographers:** These are the people who lead your rehearsals. Whether we are practicing at your home or in a studio, they ensure every step is polished and comfortable for your family, especially for first-timers. * **Stage Managers:** On the big day, this is your most important asset. My team handles the cue sheets, communicates with the DJ for lighting and sound drops, and ensures the performers are in position so the show runs without a hitch. * **Tech & Creative Support:** We do not just teach steps. We look at the space, the music, and the theme to advise on how to make your performance pop. From suggesting LED wall graphics to timing pyro or special effects, we take care of the heavy lifting. ### My Philosophy on Teamwork I have been doing this for over 20 years, and I know that the most stressful part of a wedding or corporate event is the coordination. My goal is to remove that stress. By the time you get on stage, you should only be thinking about the music and the audience. My team stays behind the scenes, ensuring the transitions are smooth and the energy remains high. It is about collective effort, and I am truly blessed to have a crew that shares my vision to set the stage on fire. ## About Javed Sanadi I am Javed. Dance is a spiritual journey for me, and building a team that shares that love is everything. I do not just choreograph; I direct the soul of your event, and my team is the backbone that makes sure we always set the stage on fire.
