That signature, airy honeycomb texture only happens when the climate is right, allowing the disc to perfectly absorb the malai or syrup. Because we rely on this natural process, we only offer these batches fresh during the peak festival window to ensure you get the exact crunch and moisture balance my father perfected three decades ago. ### A Taste of Rajasthan in Delhi Ghewar is more than just a sweet for us. It is a legacy that traveled from the lanes of Jaipur to our shop in Paschim Vihar. We follow the traditional method—hand-pouring the batter to get that essential honeycomb lattice—and then soak it in a light sugar syrup that doesn't overpower the flavour. ### Our Sawan Varieties * **Classic Malai Ghewar:** Our best-seller, topped with thickened milk, slivered almonds, and pistachios. * **Rose Ghewar:** A fragrant, modern twist with real rose petals for a lighter finish. * **Pista Ghewar:** Nutty, crunchy, and a favourite for those who prefer less sweetness. * **Plain Ghewar:** For the purists who want to enjoy the crisp texture on its own. ### Freshness and Customisation Whether you need a single disc for a small puja or a bulk box for a corporate event, we pack everything with care to prevent breakage. We operate out of Paschim Vihar and Karam Pura, and since Ghewar is delicate, we recommend consuming it within 2-3 days for the best texture. If you are ordering for Raksha Bandhan or Teej, I suggest placing your requirement 24 hours in advance so we can reserve your fresh batch. ## About Jaina Sweets I grew up watching my father perfect the art of the perfect sweet in our Paschim Vihar shop.
