It is fried fresh and soaked just long enough to absorb the syrup without losing its signature structure, ensuring you get that perfect grainy texture in every bite. Laddoos have been the cornerstone of our kitchen since my father opened Jaina Sweets 30 years ago. While we experiment with modern twists like Chowmein Samosa, our laddoos remain anchored in tradition. We source high-quality gram flour and use only pure ghee, a non-negotiable standard that defines our taste profile. Our Jodhpuri Laddoos, featured here, are crafted using the traditional boondi technique. We control the sugar syrup density carefully to ensure the sweetness is balanced—rich, but never overpowering. Beside them, our Besan Laddoos are made by roasting gram flour slow and steady, resulting in that distinct aroma and melt-in-the-mouth crumb that people in Paschim Vihar have trusted for decades. Whether you need a single box for a quiet family puja or bulk trays for a wedding, the quality remains the same. We pack them with care in our standard boxes or festive hampers, ensuring they reach you fresh and intact. If you have specific dietary preferences or need custom sweet boxes for an event, feel free to reach out and let us know your requirements. We are here to help you celebrate, one laddoo at a time. ## About Jaina Sweets I grew up watching my father turn simple ingredients into the laddoos our neighbourhood loves. Today, I keep that same commitment to purity and traditional taste alive in every batch we roll.
