We make our batches in small, frequent cycles throughout the day, so you get them crispy and warm, straight from the kadhai to your box. We don't believe in batch-making hours in advance, ensuring every piece retains that signature texture. There is a reason why our syrupy treats have been a staple in Paschim Vihar for three decades. It starts with the syrup consistency and precise temperature control during frying. Whether it is the fine boondi in our Jalebi or the delicate, flower-shaped layers of our Imarti, we focus on getting the soak just right—sweet enough to satisfy, but light enough to keep you coming back for a second piece. Our Rasgulla and Rasmalai are prepared using fresh milk and cottage cheese, ensuring a soft, airy texture that is never chewy. We keep our recipes traditional, exactly as my father perfected them back in 1995. You won't find preservatives here, just pure, wholesome ingredients that respect the time-honored way of making mithai. We cater to both individual cravings and bulk requirements for house gatherings or puja events. Since we manage fresh prep daily across our Paschim Vihar and Karam Pura outlets, we recommend giving us a call a little in advance if you need a large quantity.
