If you are planning a Teej or Rakhi celebration, I recommend you pre-order at least one day in advance so we can prepare your box fresh for store pickup. For us, Ghewar is not just a seasonal mithai. It is a legacy. My father brought this traditional Rajasthani recipe to Paschim Vihar 30 years ago, and we have kept the process exactly the same. The Sawan season is special because the humidity and temperature actually keep the Ghewar moist, but it takes a trained hand to get the net-like texture just right. While the classic Malai Ghewar remains the fan favourite, I love to experiment with modern twists. We now offer Rose and Pista flavours, which have become huge hits for festive gifting. Because we are a family-run shop, we do not believe in mass-producing these batches. Each disc is fried, soaked in sugar syrup, and garnished by hand, ensuring you get the perfect balance of crunch and sweetness. Whether you are looking for a single box for a family pooja or bulk orders for your office clan, we have you covered. You can pick up your fresh batch from either our Paschim Vihar or Karam Pura location. If you are ordering for a specific date like Raksha Bandhan or Teej, please give us a heads-up so we can manage the rush and ensure your sweets reach you in perfect condition. ## About Jaina Sweets I grew up watching my father perfect these recipes in our Paschim Vihar shop.
