I personally dip each bun in garlic butter and pipe in the fresh cream cheese filling before it hits the oven. That aroma in the kitchen? That is just the smell of fresh, eggless baking—zero preservatives, made fresh right here in Paschim Vihar. For me, baking is about 'Bhakti ka swaad, seva ka prasad.' Whether it is the oats in my cookies or the rich mascarpone in my Tiramisu, I source ingredients that I would proudly serve my own family. I avoid the industrial shortcuts and heavy additives you might find elsewhere. Since everything is made-to-order, you get the freshness of a bakery that has been a staple in the Delhi neighborhood scene for 30 years. You will never get a box that has been sitting on a shelf for days. If you need a specific tweak—maybe an allergy concern or you want to customize a gift hamper for a festival—just ask.
