Whether you are training in our Gi classes at Sai MMA or focusing on No-Gi grappling at The Dojo, the progress comes from showing up consistently. Expect 60 to 90 minutes of technique, sweat, and live sparring in every session. My journey in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a constant process of failing, correcting, and refining. The photos here—my grading ceremony, wrestling sessions in Goa, and regular training days—are not about showing off. They are proof of the work required to earn that blue belt. I believe that being a coach means I must stay a student; that is why I constantly seek out experienced practitioners to sharpen my own skills. ### Why Train with Us We operate on a straightforward premise: you put in the effort, you get the result. Our training environment is garage-style, non-AC, and built for a high sweat rate. We do not have fancy setups, but we have technical depth. * **Technique Focus:** We break down submissions like the Bow and Arrow choke and sweeps like the Matador, teaching you how to use leverage, not just strength. * **Gi & No-Gi:** We balance traditional Gi training with faster-paced No-Gi grappling, ensuring you are well-rounded. * **Conditioning:** Every session starts with high-intensity movements like shrimping and bear crawls to build functional fitness. Whether you are a complete beginner or an athlete preparing for tournament scenarios, my classes at Sai MMA Academy (Hosa Road) and The Dojo (HSR Layout) provide the space to build your own legacy.
