At Jaffer Bhai’s, we have mastered this balance of spectacle and taste. Our BBQ pits are the heart of our live service. We do not use pre-cooked items for these; we have chefs on-site managing the coals and the smoke, serving up items like our Khilji Seekh right off the flame. This prevents the rubbery texture that often plagues buffet-style grilled food. The Tawa station, or Tawa Ustaad as we call it, is where the chaos of a busy event turns into a delicious plate of Chicken Cheese Baida Roti or fresh curries. It is high-energy, fast-paced, and incredibly fresh. Then there is our Asian section, which moves away from standard catering tropes. We feature live Wok stations for stir-fry and even a conveyor belt system for sushi and dim sums. If you are paying for a premium catering experience, the service should feel like a performance. Our setup is always thematic. If it is an Asian counter, our staff dresses accordingly; if it is a royal Mughlai grill, the presentation reflects that grandeur. We bring our own tablet-based ordering tech to larger events to keep the queues moving and the service organized.
