## About Festive Meals & Bulk Food Orders

### Our Story & What Makes Us Different

Food is at the heart of every gathering for us. For more than 70 years, we've been bringing people together with our signature dishes. *70 saal ho gaye* (it's been 70 years), and the flavour is still asli (authentic). If you want traditional festival food catering for your next celebration, I handle all the cooking - you get the joy, not the stress.

### Festive Menus & Bulk Orders

I create special menus for different occasions:
- Ramadan Iftar meal service: Standard and premium boxes, with changing menus throughout the month. Big gatherings? Try our Grand Thaal, packed with favourites.
- Eid feasts: Signature dishes by the kg or even by 'paily' for those epic family get-togethers.
- Bakra Eid: Got your own qurbani meat? Hand it over, and I’ll cook it up - raan, biryani, khichda, or korma, just the way you like.
- Any party: New Year, anniversaries, or just a massive family lunch - bulk biryani orders for parties and more.

### How Things Work

- Pickup only. No delivery for bulk orders.
- Advance planning is must - order a day ahead, pay in advance.
- Bring your own containers for food pickup. It’s old-school but works best. *Khana ghar leke jao, mast khana milta hai* (Take home food, you get great food).

### Changing Menus

Menus keep evolving with seasons and festivals, so expect something new every time. What’s listed above is just a flavour of what’s possible.

## Meet your expert

[Jaffer Bhai's Delhi Darbar](https://mytribe.in/jafferbhaisdelhidarbarcatering)

### My story

People call us the Biryani King, but it’s more than just biryani. Our family’s been cooking for 70 years, and folks say our food tastes like home - 'ghar ka hi khaana lagta hai' (feels like home food). I’m Hassan Jaffer, proud to carry this legacy. We’ve fed VIPs, done historic Iftar at Haji Ali, but really, we’re just a family kitchen. For us, it’s all about tradition, love, and making sure your guests eat till their plates overflow.

### My work

- **Catering for All Occasions**: Weddings, VIP parties, corporate events, Iftar and Sehri nights, plus our Pearl Palace banquet hall.
- **Signature Dishes & Live Stations**: From Mutton Biryani 1952 to BBQ and live sushi station catering, we mix tradition with modern flavours.
- **Royal Banquet Experience**: We set up grand food stations, themed décor, fruit counters, and desserts for that royal touch.
- **Tradition with No Shortcuts**: Seventy years strong - fresh ingredients, no shortcuts, taste you can count on.
- **Hospitality Like Family**: We treat guests like royalty, ensuring smooth service and happy faces at every event.
