Whether it is a packed banquet for 1,000 guests or an intimate reception, our team follows a 70-year-old playbook: keep the live stations hot, the biryani consistent, and the service moving like clockwork. Managing a large-scale event in Mumbai requires more than just good recipes. It requires a team that knows exactly how to handle high-pressure environments without skipping a beat. When you see our team in action at the Pearl Palace or our Karjat retreats, you are seeing years of refined logistics. We do not just supply food; we manage the guest flow, ensure the live counters stay stocked with fresh tandoori and chaat, and maintain the hygiene standards that have kept our reputation spotless since 1952. Our reputation is built on the belief that catering is an emotion. That is why our biryani culture is real; we know the importance of finding that perfect piece of aloo, and we make sure every plate is served with the same care as a home-cooked meal. Whether we are operating out of our Medallion Banquet hall in Charni Road or traveling to a destination wedding, the standard remains identical. We bring our own chefs, our signature spice blends, and our own service staff because consistency is the only way to ensure the event matches the reputation of our family name. If you are planning an upcoming celebration, ask us about how we transition from a high-energy live barbecue counter to a formal sit-down dinner service seamlessly. ## About Jaffer Bhai's Delhi Darbar I’m Hassan Jaffer, and I’m proud to continue the work my family started 70 years ago.
