We sit down with you to finalize a menu that fits your specific guest count and venue requirements, ensuring our chefs and service team are fully prepared for the flow of service before the first guest arrives. Our catering process is built on precision. Since we specialize in pure vegetarian menus, our kitchen team has developed rigorous standards for everything from ingredient sourcing to final plate presentation. ### The Planning Process We do not rely on generic templates. Whether you are hosting a wedding in Vikhroli or an office event elsewhere in Mumbai, we begin with a consultation to understand your requirements. We map out the logistics, including: * **Menu Alignment:** Matching the cuisine—whether North Indian, Italian, or Pan-Asian—to your specific event type. * **Live Station Logistics:** Planning the placement of chaat or wok counters to ensure guest flow and avoid crowding. * **Service Coordination:** Determining the number of uniformed staff needed to maintain our service standards throughout your function. ### Quality Assurance We treat the cooking process as an extension of our professional service. By using fresh ingredients and maintaining consistent preparation methods, we ensure the food served at the end of the line matches the quality of the first few plates. From the initial welcome drinks to the final dessert service, our team manages the execution so you can focus on your guests. We have experience handling events ranging from intimate gatherings of 50 to large weddings of 2,000 guests, applying the same operational rigour to every assignment. ## About J.
