Being featured in Rolling Stone India and on BBC Sounds for my single 'Phoenix' taught me that original storytelling connects, whether it's on a radio playlist or a stage in Bangalore. If you're looking for an artist who brings that same focus and unique, modern energy to your event, let’s chat about making your next function something people actually talk about. ### Why My Media History Matters for Your Event When I mention features in *Rolling Stone* or my panel at the *Spotify for Artists* Masterclass, it’s not to brag—it’s to show that my craft is vetted, consistent, and ready for high-pressure stages. When you hire an artist for your event, you aren't just looking for background noise. You are looking for presence, professional reliability, and someone who knows how to hold a crowd, whether that is a massive festival or an intimate gathering. ### Frequently Asked Questions **Do you play originals or covers?** I do both. I can blend my original tracks like 'Phoenix' or 'Cyberfantasy' with high-energy pop, rock, and Bollywood covers, depending on the vibe you need. My goal is to make sure the setlist matches the mood of your party. **What kind of events do you suit best?** My experience ranges from music festivals to corporate galas and private house parties. If your event needs a fresh, modern, and professional musical touch, we will fit right in. I perform solo, as a duo, or with a full band depending on the size and energy you want. **Do you travel for gigs?** Yes, absolutely. While I am based in Bengaluru and love playing local venues, I perform across India. Let's talk about the logistics for your specific location. ## About Tanya Shanker I’m Tanya, a 19-year-old singer from Bangalore who lives for the stage.
