Every 60-minute booking includes 45 minutes of dedicated in-pool time with an instructor and 15 minutes for changing, so please plan your arrival accordingly to get the most out of your training. ### Choosing Your Membership Plan We offer flexibility because we know everyone has different goals. If you are just testing the waters, our 15-day beginner crash course is the right place to start. For those serious about consistency, our Monthly Coaching provides 6-day weekly access, while the 6-month Pro Season Pass is built for competitive training, complete with speed drills and lane access for faster swimmers. ### Important Pool Rules To keep our pools in Najafgarh, Uttam Nagar, Laxmi Nagar, and Dilshad Garden safe and clean for everyone, we have a few non-negotiable rules: * **Gear:** You must wear proper synthetic swimwear and a swimming cap. * **Hygiene:** Please shower before entering. If you are unwell or have open wounds, please skip your session to protect other swimmers. * **Conduct:** Phones, food, and drinks stay outside the pool area. We have a zero-tolerance policy for running or rough play near the deck. ### Batch Timings We operate with specific slots to manage crowd size. Family time usually runs in the evenings, while deep-water slots are reserved for competent swimmers in the afternoon. Since batch availability changes by location, we recommend calling us to confirm the current schedule for your nearest center before heading out. All memberships are non-transferable and valid only at the center where you register. ## About Ishita Swimming Academy We are Ishita Swimming Academy, and we focus on making swimming accessible for everyone in Delhi—from kids to adults.
