We prioritize hygiene above all, so expect strict adherence to our no-food and proper swimwear rules at every location, from Najafgarh to Dilshad Garden. ### Why Learn With Us Swimming is more than a workout, it is a vital life skill. We operate out of school-grade pools in Najafgarh, Uttam Nagar, Laxmi Nagar, and Dilshad Garden, maintaining active filtration to keep the water safe for everyone from 3-year-olds to adults. Our coaching team focuses on water confidence before moving to specific strokes. ### Our Training Approach Whether you join for a 15-day crash course or a quarterly skill development program, the process remains consistent. We start with breathing techniques and floating, gradually introducing Freestyle, Breaststroke, and for our advanced pass holders, Backstroke and Butterfly. ### Practical Details - **Batch Size:** Groups are kept small, typically 12-15 students per instructor, ensuring you get personal attention. - **Rules:** We require synthetic swimwear and caps to maintain pool hygiene. Phones and food are not allowed on the deck. - **Progression:** Our pro-tier students often move on to district meets, using our specialized lane management for speed work. - **Missed Classes:** To ensure fairness, we do not carry forward missed sessions unless you provide medical proof. ## About Ishita Swimming Academy We are Ishita Swimming Academy, and we want everyone in Delhi to feel comfortable around water.
