If you have a solid concrete ceiling, we use specialized core drilling and heavy-duty SS 304 fasteners rated for over 300kg. For balconies where the ceiling is not suitable or you prefer not to drill, we fabricate custom mild steel support frames that are securely anchored to your floor, providing a safe, wobble-free experience. ### Our Approach to Swing Fabrication A swing is only as good as its support structure. Whether you want a balcony jhula or a feature piece for your terrace, my team at Iron-Crafts prioritizes structural integrity over everything else. We use 14/16 gauge mild steel for all our custom frames, ensuring they are rigid, durable, and weather-resistant. ### The Installation Process 1. **Site Assessment:** We visit your home to check the concrete depth and strength. This prevents damage to concealed plumbing or electrical lines. 2. **Custom Fabrication:** We build your frame in our workshop. Every weld joint is ground smooth for a seamless look, followed by a professional coat of industrial epoxy primer and enamel paint to prevent rust. 3. **Secure Mounting:** We bolt the structure to your floor or wall using high-grade anchor bolts. We perform a full load test after installation to ensure stability. ### Why Choose Professional Fabrication Generic swings often fail due to weak hooks or improper anchoring. We specialize in: - **Concrete Ceiling Mounts:** Ideal for solid structural ceilings. Includes professional drilling and load-tested hardware. - **Custom Metal Frames:** Designed specifically for your balcony dimensions, perfect for rental homes or open terraces where ceiling mounting is not an option. - **Turnkey Solutions:** We provide the full package, including a two-seater UV-protected rattan swing, weather-repellent cushions, and a custom-painted support frame that matches your decor. We provide a one-year service warranty on fabrication joints and hardware, so you can focus on relaxing without worry. ## About Iron-Crafts I am Ahmed, and I have spent two decades refining our metal fabrication work at Iron-Crafts.
