We have a professional MMA octagon and a standard boxing ring for real sparring, plus high-density puzzle mats that save your skin during grappling. It is a space built for raw work, not posing. At Iron Fist, we don't believe in fancy air-conditioned lounges. Our Hebbal-Kempapura and Kodigehalli facilities are raw, industrial, and purpose-built. Whether you are working the heavy bags for boxing or practicing takedowns inside our professional MMA octagon, the environment is engineered for one thing: performance. We invested in high-density puzzle mats because mat burns ruin training days; we prioritize safety so you can focus on the technique. The boxing rings are standard canvas, giving you the real feel of corner-work and movement, not some gym-floor approximation. Both our Bangalore gyms run on the same discipline. If you are coming to stand in front of a mirror, this isn't it. But if you are looking to sweat through your shirt, learn technical striking, or grapple until you are exhausted, you have found the right home. We keep our gear maintained and our floor space open, ensuring that whether it is a solo workout or a squad training session, you have the room to move.
