We built this space with one purpose: to give you a professional environment to train for real combat. From our full-sized MMA octagon and boxing ring to the heavy bags and functional conditioning zone, every square foot is designed for performance. If you are serious about getting better, this is the floor you want to be on. We treat our gym like a fight camp, not a fitness center. When you step onto our EVA puzzle mats, you are entering a space where the Indian National Team has prepared for global stages. We offer a professional MMA octagon for live sparring and technical drills, plus a dedicated boxing ring for strike work. The facility is equipped for the full range of combat sports—wrestling, BJJ, Muay Thai, and kickboxing. Beyond the technical areas, you will find a dedicated strength and conditioning zone with tires, battle ropes, and sledgehammers. This equipment is not for show; it is here to build the explosive power and raw endurance you need to handle five rounds in the cage. Our Kodigehalli and Hebbal locations are warehouse-style, emphasizing intensity over comfort. No AC, no distractions, just straight work. Whether you are a beginner looking to pick up the basics or an amateur fighter needing a place to sharpen your skills, our doors are open. ## About Iron Fist Fight Club I am Charles Peter, and I built Iron Fist Fight Club because Bangalore needed a place where real fighters are forged. We do not care about memberships that just sit there; we care about the work you put in the moment you step on these mats. Come down, meet the team, and find out if you have what it takes to train with us.
