It means we are on-site at your home daily, managing every carpenter, painter, and electrician directly. When we commit to a 90-day delivery, we actually back it with a penalty clause, so you know our focus is always on finishing your home on time, not just starting it. Renovating a home in Mumbai is often defined by coordination headaches. Our turnkey process is built specifically to remove that friction. By acting as your single point of contact for civil, electrical, carpentry, and final decor, we eliminate the need for you to manage multiple contractors. ### The Reality of Our Work What you see in our gallery isn't staged. It’s raw site footage: measurements, plywood installations, and material selections at our Ghatkopar studio. We believe in showing you the process because trust is earned through transparency. ### How We Work * **Initial Consultation:** We sit down to understand your lifestyle, not just your room dimensions. * **Design & Planning:** We move from conceptual sketches to 3D renders so you know exactly what the outcome will be. * **Site Management:** Our team is physically present to handle the 'organized chaos' of construction. We manage the mess so you don't have to deal with vendors. * **Material Selection:** You visit our experience center to touch and feel the finishes, preventing any surprises during execution. We focus heavily on space-saving modular solutions, which is essential for Mumbai apartments. Whether it is a kitchen remodel or a full 3 BHK renovation, our goal is to deliver a finished space that feels like 'yours' the moment you walk in. ## About The Black Touch We are Hardik and Darshita. We don't just design spaces; we live in the middle of the construction dust and noise to make sure everything lines up with your vision. If you are looking for a partner to take the stress off your renovation, we are right here.
