Here is what our clients actually experienced while working with us to turn their spaces into a reflection of themselves. ## Photos and videos - [Video: It was a pleasure bringing Mr. and Mrs. Saindre's dream to life. Listen to them share their journey, from finding us on Facebook to seeing their vision for a free, open space become a reality.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/55df5c42-737d-4d59-aebb-d445433caeef) ## About Client Stories & Testimonials Take the Saindre family at Vrindavan CHS, for instance. They initially visited us to look for a sofa but, after a few meetings, ended up trusting us to handle their entire home renovation. Their goal was simple: turn two rooms into one open, free-flowing space where they could finally breathe. Seeing the emotion on their faces when they realized their dream of a separate, personalized bedroom was actually coming to life is the exact kind of feedback we work for. ### Why our clients choose us We believe the best design isn't found in a catalog, but in the small conversations we have before the work even starts. When you read what our clients say, you will notice a recurring theme: they come to us expecting just furniture or a paint job, and they stay because of the 'tension nahi' (no stress) process. We handle everything from the initial site measurements to the final carpentry. ### The process behind the reviews - **Transparency:** We don't hide behind jargon. From the 3D renders to the material selection at our Ghatkopar studio, you know exactly what is going into your home. - **The Chaos & The Calm:** Renovation is noisy and messy. Hardik and Darshita are on-site daily, managing the drills, the saws, and the logistics so you do not have to deal with the chaos. - **Real Results:** Whether it is a compact 1BHK in a chawl or a premium apartment in a high-rise, our focus is on smart, space-saving furniture like hydraulic beds and foldable desks that make Mumbai living actually comfortable. ### What to expect If you are nervous about your first home interior project, you are not alone. Most of the people featured here were exactly where you are right now. They had questions about budgets, timelines, and whether their vision could actually fit their space. Read through their experiences to see how we managed those constraints and delivered a home that feels like a 'gudgudahat' moment for them. ## About The Black Touch I'm Hardik, and this is Darshita. We’re on-site every day with the team—drills, saws, and the whole playlist—to make sure your space feels exactly like yours. We don't just hand over a key and leave; we’re there until you can walk in and finally breathe easy.
