Before I start on the aesthetics, I prioritize waterproofing and structural integrity. Whether we are building a gazebo or setting up a plunge pool, I ensure your roof stays leak-proof and durable throughout the Delhi monsoon. Your terrace has a lot of potential that usually goes to waste. I don't just decorate; I reconstruct. My process for rooftop and terrace transformation focuses on making the space functional for Delhi's extreme climate while keeping it low-maintenance. ### How I Transform Your Roof * **Structural Planning & Waterproofing:** Every project starts with a professional waterproofing treatment for the roof slab. This is non-negotiable. * **Flooring:** I use high-density artificial turf for that green lawn look without the mud, mixed with WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) decking or anti-skid tiles for walking zones. * **Structures:** If you want a covered area, I fabricate custom MS gazebos or pergolas with toughened glass or fiber sheet roofing. These are built to handle high winds. * **Unique Features:** I specialize in installing roof cutouts with terracotta blocks and glass to bring natural light into the rooms directly below your terrace. If you want a luxury vibe, I also construct small plunge pools with mosaic tiling and jets, complete with proper plumbing and filtration. ### Lighting & Ambiance Space planning is key. I use IP65-rated outdoor wall lights and spike lights to highlight your planters and seating areas. Whether you want a quiet place to read or a space to host friends on a weekend, I design the layout to fit your lifestyle. From concrete bench seating to fountains, we plan it all before the first brick is laid. ## About Saddam Hussain Main Saddam Hussain hoon. I treat every rooftop like it is my own personal sanctuary.
