When you step onto the mats in Sector 73, you aren't learning from a textbook—you are learning from people who teach the same realistic, scenario-based survival protocols used by professionals to handle actual street threats. ### The Kavach Philosophy: Train Together, Grow Together At Kavach, we don't believe in solo warriors. We believe in the Wolf Pack. Our team is composed of ex-commandos, tactical experts, and certified instructors—both male and female—who bring diverse experience from police training, VIP protection, and military combat into our academy. #### Why Our Approach Works We strip away the flash of traditional martial arts. You won't find scripted routines or points-based sparring here. Instead, our team focuses on: * **Scenario-Based Drills:** Training for real-world stress, from road rage incidents to knife threats and multiple-attacker scenarios. * **Inclusive Expertise:** Instructors like Divya Panwar and Shashank Arora bring specialized experience in women’s safety and law enforcement training, respectively, ensuring that every student gets a perspective suited to their reality. * **The Mindset First:** We teach you to control fear before you even throw a punch. Our instructors are trained to identify your specific 'takleef'—be it lack of confidence, fitness hurdles, or past trauma—and guide you through it. #### Training at the Academy Our facility at Rise Sports School, Sector 73, Noida, is built for raw intensity. We don't have AC or fancy aesthetics because a real fight doesn't happen in a climate-controlled room. We provide a space where you can fail, learn, and succeed among teammates who support your journey. Whether you are looking for group classes, specialized women’s self-defense, or one-on-one sessions, our instructors are here to help you move from fear to awareness. Come join the pack and find out what you are truly capable of. ## About Kavach I started Kavach because I saw the gap between sport and real survival. My team is my strength—a diverse pack of ex-commandos and tactical trainers who share my commitment to keeping you safe, not just training for medals.
