Our tactical sessions are built on scenarios that mirror the high-pressure situations police and military personnel face on duty. If you represent a unit looking for training that actually works when the adrenaline spikes and the environment is hostile, this is the system for you. ### Training for Reality Standard martial arts often fail in high-stress operational environments because they rely on predictable movements. When you are on the ground or dealing with multiple threats in a confined space, you need techniques that are instinctive and brutal in their efficiency. My system, Kavach, was built from two decades of training elite units. We strip away the flashy, non-essential elements to focus on what keeps you safe and mission-capable. ### Core Tactical Modules * **Unarmed Combat (UAC):** Developing high-impact striking and grappling skills that require minimal space and can be executed while wearing gear. * **Close Quarters Battle (CQB) Principles:** Managing space and positioning in tight environments to neutralize threats before they escalate. * **Weapon Retention & Disarming:** Practical drills for protecting your sidearm or rifle and responding to edged weapon threats in a struggle. * **Crowd Control & Positioning:** Tactical movement drills to ensure you don't get isolated or flanked in a volatile public setting. ### Why This Approach Works We don't use mats or choreographed routines. We use scenario-based stress testing. We create the chaos so you can learn to control it. My team of ex-commandos and tactical experts understands the difference between a training environment and an operational theatre. We are here to ensure every member of your unit understands their Kavach—their shield. Whether you need a one-off workshop on knife defense or a sustained UAC program for your battalion, we provide the training that leaves no room for guessing. ## About Kavach I am Varun Rawat. After spending 22 years in the fauj training elite units, I know that real combat has no rules. I bring that same tactical rigor to my civilian and law enforcement training, focusing on survival instead of technique for the sake of it.
