Whether you have a 9-to-5 job or school, our flexible weekday and weekend batches ensure you do not have to compromise on your safety. Come by for a session to see how the pack trains. ### Why Train at Kavach? Our academy is not a gym; it is a tactical hub. Training at Rise Sports School gives us the space for high-intensity, scenario-based drills that you cannot get in a regular studio. We do not focus on aesthetics. We focus on survival. ### Flexible Batches for Every Schedule Life is unpredictable, so we made our training accessible for everyone: * **Weekday Battalion:** Mon, Wed, Fri sessions available in morning (6 AM – 10 AM) and evening (4 PM – 8 PM) slots. Perfect for professionals and students. * **Weekend Battalion:** Saturday and Sunday morning slots (6 AM – 9 AM) for those with busy work weeks. ### Facilities & Support We provide a secure environment with professional high-density EVA mats and essential safety gear. Beyond the drills, you get access to separate washrooms, parking for over 100 vehicles, and in-house cafeteria facilities. If you are traveling from outside the immediate area, we also offer an in-house residential hostel facility to keep your training focused and uninterrupted. ### Who is this for? Kavach is open to everyone aged 9 to 55. We do not care if you have zero martial arts experience or have not exercised in years. My team and I build you up from the ground, ensuring you gain the stamina, strength, and mental toughness required to handle real-world threats like road rage or harassment. ## About Kavach I am Varun Rawat, and I have spent 22 years in the forces learning exactly what keeps people safe. At Kavach, I do not just teach techniques; I build warriors. Join my academy in Noida, and become part of a family that trains for survival, not medals.
