We do not train for tournament points; we train for the split-second reaction needed to escape a grab or a knife threat. You will learn to use your surroundings, control your fear, and act before you think, because in a real street encounter, hesitation is not an option. Most martial arts programs take years to master and focus on sport. At Kavach, we focus on street survival. Whether it is a knife threat, a collar grab, or dealing with multiple attackers, we teach simple, brutal, and effective responses that rely on leverage rather than pure strength. Our training takes place at Rise Sports School, Sector 73, Noida. We have an open-door policy, meaning no prior experience is needed. We break your training into phases: first, we remove the fear. Second, we build the muscle memory. Third, we test you in controlled, scenario-based sparring sessions that simulate real-world chaos. We provide specialized modules for women's safety, kids aged 9 and above, and corporate workshops.
