When we conduct training—whether it is a corporate workshop or a university seminar—my instructors, who are mostly ex-military or specialized security experts, focus on the reality of street threats. We do not just show you moves; we show you how to identify a threat before it escalates, giving you the tactical awareness to walk away safely. Kavach is not a typical gym or martial arts school. Our system is built on a simple premise: if you are a civilian, your battlefield is the street, the office parking lot, or a crowded metro. That is why our training has caught the attention of national security leaders like ASIS International and industry platforms like the OSPAs. ### Why the Industry Trusts Our Approach - **Real-World Reality:** We strip away the flashy martial arts routines. Everything you learn, from hand-to-hand strikes to situational awareness, is vetted by my 22 years of experience in the Indian Armed Forces and with elite police units. - **Focus on the Vulnerable:** Our programs, including those conducted for underprivileged girls and university students, are designed to make you feel empowered regardless of your age, height, or previous physical experience. - **The Warrior Mindset:** We teach you to manage fear. In a crisis, your mind is your first weapon. Our conditioning helps you override the 'freeze' response, giving you the clarity to act decisively. Whether it is a 90-minute townhall for corporate employees or a multi-day workshop for university campuses, our 'Kavach Warriors'—my team of commandos and experts—bring the same level of discipline and attention to detail. We are not just creating fighters; we are building a safer community, one session at a time. If you want training that is backed by professional security standards rather than just 'sport' logic, you are in the right place. ## About Kavach I am Varun Rawat, and for 22 years, I have served in the armed forces. I founded Kavach because I realized civilians need the same tactical mindset to stay safe that soldiers do, and I am here to bring that specialized, real-world training to you.
