When we host a guest instructor, expect three to four hours of intensive drilling and live rolling. You will be put through the wringer, repeating takedowns and submission entries until the movement becomes muscle memory. Bring your gear and be ready to sweat. Growth happens when you step outside your daily training routine. Our seminar program is designed to bridge the gap between casual practice and high-level competition by bringing in experts who have competed on the global stage, from UFC fighters like Dustin Stoltzfus to technical specialists like Robert Degle. ### Why We Host These Seminars Jiu-Jitsu is a deliberate study.
