Whether it’s prepping red and gold ribbons for a Christmas class or sourcing fresh mums for Diwali, you are hands-on from the start. We believe in learning by doing, so expect to get your hands messy with real flowers, proper tools, and professional mechanics. Many people ask if they need previous experience or a formal degree to join us. The answer is no. This gallery is a snapshot of our process, which bridges the gap between 'I love flowers' and 'I can design professionally.' When you see these photos, you aren't just seeing pretty arrangements. You are seeing the mechanics of a spiral bouquet, the careful structural work required for festive decor, and the daily reality of a floral design student. We focus on practical skills that actually matter in the industry: * **Real Materials:** From day one, you work with fresh blooms and professional tools, not substitutes. * **Small Batches:** Our classes in Dadar, Mumbai, and Pune are kept small so that every student gets direct, personal guidance from the mentors. * **The Full Scope:** We don't just teach you how to arrange; we teach you how to source at the market, manage wastage, and cost your designs for a business. Whether you are here for a one-day workshop, our 14-day intensive fast track, or the 9-month international certification, the goal remains the same. We help you move from feeling nervous about a single rose to confidently managing large-scale event installations. If you’ve ever looked at a hotel lobby display and wondered how it stays perfect, or if you want to start a side business, this is where you start. Browse the images, get a feel for our vibrant community, and when you are ready to pick up your shears, we are here with open arms. ## About Institute of Floral Design I believe flowers have their own story, and my job is to help you find yours. Whether you are here for a fun workshop or a professional certification, we treat you like family, not just a student.
