At the end of your 4-hour event, we hand over all your guest messages on a 16GB pen drive, ready for you to listen to immediately. The classic podium setup is designed for convenience without sacrificing the fun of an audio guest book. It fits into tight corners at any venue, from hotel banquet halls to intimate home celebrations. ### How the Audio Guest Book works: - **The Setup:** We place a vintage rotary phone on a custom branded cylindrical podium. A simple sign is displayed so guests know exactly how to record their wishes. - **The Experience:** Guests pick up the receiver, listen to your pre-recorded greeting, and speak their messages after the beep. - **The Service:** One of my technical attendants stays on-site to assist guests, troubleshoot, and keep the equipment running for the full 4 hours. ### What you get: - **Instant Files:** You receive a 16GB pen drive with all raw MP3 or WAV audio files before we pack up. - **Digital Backup:** In case you misplace the drive, I also provide a Google Drive or WeTransfer link within 24 hours of your event. - **Logistics:** Transport and setup are included within Mumbai city limits.
