We host regular intra-academy series, like our Lions vs Tigers matches, to ensure every student—from U12s to our senior batch—gets hands-on match pressure. It’s here that they stop playing for themselves and start playing for the team. ### Building Our Cricket Family At Inningstar Cricket Academy in Kharghar, cricket is more than just a sport. It is our family. When you look at our teams, you aren't just seeing students in whites and colored jerseys; you are seeing years of hard work, discipline, and the #girlpower we actively promote through our dedicated women's batches. ### Why Our Team Culture Matters Many academies focus solely on individual performance, but we know that pressure is best handled in a pack. We mix our age groups—U12, U16, and seniors—to encourage mentorship. Our senior players are trained to lead, helping juniors with fielding positioning, bowling run-ups, and game temperament. ### Practical Training for Real Growth * **Matches Over Nets:** We don't just practice; we play. Our anniversary match days and regular tournament exposure provide the adrenaline that net practice cannot replicate. * **Inclusive Environment:** We have separate batches for girls and boys. We ensure that every player, regardless of age, gets enough time on the turf. * **The 'No-Shortcut' Policy:** Whether you are in our morning batch or evening session, we expect one thing: effort. We push tire flips and agility ladders because cricket fitness is different from gym fitness. ### Join Us in Kharghar If you are tired of academies that focus only on quick wins and want a place where your child learns to stay resilient through the ups and downs of the game, come see us at Sector 32 or 33 in Kharghar. *Hum saath chale to jeetenge* (If we walk together, we will win). ## About Inningstar Cricket Academy I’m the head coach here, and I’ll be honest—I’m a bit crazy when it comes to cricket because I think normal is boring. At Inningstar, we aren't a corporate factory; we are a tight-knit family where I personally push every student to work harder than they did yesterday. We believe in building tough, never-give-up players, not just training them for a certificate.
