We keep things simple for our juniors by focusing on proper grip, stance, and basic movement. Using soft and wind balls allows kids to practice their shots freely, without the fear of getting hurt. ### Our Philosophy: Trust the Process Kids as young as six start their journey here with the basics. We believe in nurturing talent, not rushing it. Our foundation program is designed to make the game fun first while instilling the discipline of a professional sport. ### What Juniors Learn Here For our youngest students, the focus is not on match scores or heavy leather balls. We emphasize: * **Grip and Stance:** The fundamental building blocks for every future batter. * **Agility Drills:** Using ladders and cones to build body coordination and reflex speed. * **Safety First:** Using soft and wind balls for net sessions to ensure confidence and reduce injury risk. * **Fun and Teamwork:** Learning to play as a group while understanding that hard work beats luck. ### Training Environment Located in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, our academy provides a dedicated outdoor space with both dirt and astro-turf nets. We don't believe in quick fixes; we believe in the process. When I tell parents not to focus on small performances, I mean it. We are looking at a long journey. If you want your child to learn discipline, grit, and the joy of cricket, we are ready to guide them step by step. ## About Inningstar Cricket Academy I am a crazy coach, and normal is boring to me. I see potential in every child, whether they are six or sixteen. My academy is a family, and we work hard to turn every student into a confident, skilled cricketer.
