We prioritize crowd flow so queues don't kill the vibe. Whether we're working on a grassy campus lawn or an indoor banquet, we handle the 16A power connections, tenting for the VR stations, and lighting setups, so your team focuses on the music and the crowds while we keep the gamers entertained. When you are planning a massive fest, you need activities that pull people in and actually keep them engaged. We have partnered with major events like IIT Delhi's Rendezvous and the Indian Sneaker Festival to do exactly that. We don't just bring the gear; we bring a fully operational mini-arcade that handles the pressure of high-footfall environments. ### How We Build the Vibe We know that at a fest, space and flow are everything. We design the layout to ensure that spectators can watch the action without blocking the players. * **Laser Tag Arenas:** We set up 5v5 battlefields with pop-up obstacles and tactical barriers that work on grass or hard floors. We handle the neon/UV lighting, which makes the vests glow and creates a killer aesthetic for evening events. * **VR Experience:** We bring wireless Meta Quest 2 stations with external LED screens. This is crucial for fests because it turns a solitary VR experience into a spectator sport, drawing in crowds who want to see what the player is doing. * **Console Zones:** For a more relaxed setup, we provide Nintendo Switch stations with 40-50 inch TVs. It is the perfect anchor point for a chill-out zone. ### Why Organizers Trust Us Running a gaming stall with hundreds of students requires constant supervision. We provide dedicated Game Marshals with every package. Our team manages the safety, sanitizes the gear, and handles the technical glitches, so the fest organizers don't have to worry about the tech. We have the experience to handle the chaotic energy of a music fest and the structured vibe of a corporate event. If you need a setup that looks as good as it plays, we have got you covered. ## About Infinity Arcade We are the team behind Infinity Arcade, and we live for the chaotic energy of fests. We do not just drop off equipment; we build a vibe-zone where people actually want to hang out, compete, and take a break from the main stage.
