I shoot these portraits using precise, dramatic lighting on a clean background, which creates a perfect base for me to layer in elements like floating butterflies, castles, or clouds later. You do not need to do anything complex during the shoot itself; you just relax, pose in your designer gown, and let me handle the transformation in post-production. When you choose a creative or fantasy maternity edit, you are looking for more than a standard portrait. You want a piece of art that tells a story. In my Wagholi, Pune studio, I use a high-end, full-frame setup to capture your silhouette, focusing on the curve of your bump and the texture of the designer fabrics from my client closet. ### The Creative Process Once we have the raw image, the editing process begins. This is where the 'fantasy' part comes in. I use digital artistry to blend your portrait into custom scenes. Whether you want to stand before a moonlit castle, walk through a forest of cherry blossoms, or drift among clouds, the goal is to make the edit look painterly and seamless. This is not just a filter; it is manual retouching and compositing designed to match the mood we set in the studio. ### Popular Fantasy Themes Clients often ask what works best for these edits. Some of the most requested concepts include: * **Fairytale Forest:** Rich, earthy tones with woodland animals and soft, dappled light. * **Celestial Dreams:** Dark, moody backgrounds featuring moons, stars, and ethereal glows. * **Floral Fantasy:** Lush, over-the-top cherry blossom or rose gardens that frame the subject. ### Practical Details These edits are included in my signature maternity packages. Because these require extra time at the computer, I allocate specific hours for the creative manipulation of your photos. You will receive 15 high-resolution retouched images, and the fantasy edit is typically the 'hero' shot of the set. If you have a specific vision, like a favorite book or a dream location, let me know when we book, and we can plan your outfits and lighting to match that vibe. ## About Indupriya Photography Hi, I am Priya.
