You do not get a quick bake here, you get the result of a month-long process that ensures the spices, fruits, and spirits develop the deep, authentic flavour that shortcuts simply cannot replicate. ### My From-Scratch Promise Baking is a science, and during the Christmas season, that science requires even more precision. I do not use premixes or preservatives in my kitchen. Whether it is the classic Plum Cake or a batch of gingerbread men, everything is made from real butter, fresh flour, and high-quality ingredients. It is more labour-intensive, but it is the only way to get that authentic, old-school taste. ### The Christmas Lineup My festive menu focuses on traditional flavours with a focus on quality: * **Traditional Plum Cakes:** Matured for 4 to 6 weeks in rum and brandy with a rich blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. I offer options with almond marzipan or smooth fondant finishes. * **Whole Wheat Gingerbread:** A healthier, crisp treat made with whole wheat flour and a classic spice blend, hand-decorated by my team. * **Festive Hampers:** I pack these with a mix of tea cakes, cookies, and savory crackers in eco-friendly Kraft boxes or cane trays, perfect for gifting to family or colleagues. * **Custom Themed Cakes:** From Santa figurines to snowflake detailing, I can design a centerpiece for your holiday celebration. ### Freshly Baked in Mulund I bake in small batches to ensure everything remains fresh. Because I operate this way, my festive items are limited editions. I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, or you can pick up your order directly from my shop in Mulund West. If you have specific dietary requirements, like eggless or sugar-free needs, let me know when you reach out, and we can discuss how to adapt the menu for your table. ## About Indulge Custom Bakes I am Smee, and I have been baking for over 30 years. My kitchen in Mulund is not about rushing orders; it is about doing things the hard way because it is the right way. Whether it is soaking fruit for weeks or hand-painting details on a cake, I pour everything I have into making your Christmas feel a little more like home.
